Families in Mountain House, Manteca, and Tracy, it’s time to celebrate the very best our community has to offer with the Macaroni KID Family Favorites!
Our area is full of wonderful local businesses, kid-friendly spots, parks, restaurants, and services that make family life easier and more enjoyable. Whether it’s the ice cream shop your kids love, the park where you spend weekends, or a local business that has made a difference for your family, we want to hear from you.
Nominations officially open July 17, 2025. This is your opportunity to recognize your favorite family-friendly places and hidden gems in Mountain House, Manteca, Tracy, Lathrop, French Camp and Ripon.

How It Works
Participating is simple:
- Nominate Your Favorite Local Businesses
Submit your nominations https://forms.gle/C41jsQkU5ZnenMmeA . You can nominate multiple businesses, but only one nomination per business per email address will be accepted. - Top 3 Finalists Announced
The three businesses with the most nominations in each category will move on to the final voting round. Finalists will be announced on August 21, 2025. - Voting Opens
Starting August 24, 2025, you’ll be invited to vote for your favorites among the finalists. - Voting Closes
Voting will end on September 1, 2025. - Winners Announced
Winners will be announced in September 6, 2025 and featured throughout our channels.
Rules for Nominations and Voting
- One nomination per email address. You may nominate multiple businesses, but duplicate nominations from the same email for the same business will not be counted.
- Businesses must be located in Mountain House-Manteca-Tracy-Lathrop-French Camp-Ripon.
- Macaroni KID verifies all email entries to ensure fairness. Any invalid votes or attempts to influence the results unfairly will be removed.

- Recognize local businesses for their outstanding service.
- Help other families discover the best pediatricians, restaurants, play spaces, and more through your recommendations.
- Spread the word by sharing the contest with family and friends, posting on social media (tagging businesses so they see your support), and encouraging local business owners to get involved.
What Do Winners Receive?
- A yearlong listing in our business directory to stay visible to local families.
- A digital badge to display their achievement.
- Featured coverage in our winner announcement article and social media channels.
- Entry into a drawing for a three-month sidebar ad on the Macaroni KID Mountain House-Manteca-Tracy website.
- The honor of being named one of Macaroni KID Mountain House-Manteca-Tracy most loved businesses.

- Nominate your own business to start the process.
- Promote the contest on your social media, website, and in-store to encourage customer participation.
- Ask your loyal customers to nominate and vote for you. Every vote counts!
