My name is Analiese Garcia and I have over 25 years of experience working with children and families, I have dedicated my career to supporting early learning, development, and confidence in children of all abilities. My background spans early childhood education, enrichment programming, and developmental support, allowing me to thoughtfully design experiences that are nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate.
I believe children learn best through play, curiosity, and meaningful relationships. Throughout my career, I have worked with children across a wide range of ages and learning styles, including those who benefit from additional support. This experience has shaped my commitment to inclusive, strengths-based environments where every child feels safe, capable, and valued.
As the founder of The Willow Tree Learning Collective, I created a space that bridges enrichment and education - offering hands-on learning experiences that support social-emotional growth, creativity, independence, and foundational skills without the pressure of a traditional classroom setting. I am deeply passionate about partnering with families and honoring each child's unique developmental journey.
My goal has always remained the same: to create a warm, welcoming community where children can grow with confidence and families feel supported every step of the way.

The Willow Tree Learning Collective proudly serves homeschool families and those seeking flexible, enrichment-based learning experiences rooted in developmentally appropriate practice. We recognize that learning happens in many forms and settings, and we partner with families who value curiosity-driven, child-centered education beyond traditional classrooms.
We are committed to supporting children of all abilities, including those with developmental differences and diverse learning needs. Our inclusive environment is designed to honor each child's strengths, interests, and pace of development, offering thoughtful accommodations and supportive strategies that promote participation, confidence, and belonging.
Our programs are designed to complement home education by providing social connection, hands-on exploration, and intentional learning experiences that support the whole child within a collaborative, respectful community of families.
The Willow Tree Learning Collective provides enrichment classes and learning experiences. We do not offer childcare, daycare or preschool services.
